How your pieces reach you, and what to do if something isn't quite right.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are prepared in our Dubai atelier and dispatched within 1–3 business days; you will receive a confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

International delivery

We ship to selected destinations across the GCC and beyond. Delivery times and any duties or taxes vary by destination and are calculated at checkout or on request.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn pieces in their original condition, with tags attached, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return or exchange, contact our client care team with your order number.

Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping is arranged with our team to ensure each piece is handled with care.
