1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the House of Hend website and any order you place with us. We may update them from time to time; the version in effect at the moment of your order applies to that order.

2. Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is shown in error, or we cannot authorise payment — and will refund any amount already taken.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of order through our approved payment provider.

4. Products

We present each piece as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and in natural light. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the House of Hend name, designs, imagery and text — belongs to House of Hend and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Hend is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
